About Slyced and Dyced

Baking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. While I stepped away from it for a time, the pandemic in 2020 gave me the chance to return to the kitchen and experiment with everything from cakes and galettes to scones, cookies, and macarons.

I began documenting that journey on Instagram through @slycedanddyced, sharing my progress with friends, family, and a growing community. In 2024, a friend asked me to bake her birthday cake, and what started as a single order quickly grew into something bigger, a business built around my love for creating thoughtful, handcrafted desserts.
